Boerma Instituut has a very clear set of terms and conditions about the courses and payments for those courses. To avoid any possible misunderstanding, we have written all details down for you:

1.       Update

1.1.     With this information (July 2007)  all previous information about prices, terms and conditions have expired.

2.       Registration and participation

2.1.     Registrations for any course are always for the whole course, never for just a part of it

2.2.     By registering for a course the participant binds himself to the payment of the full course fee

2.3.     All courses of Boerma Instituut are personal and therefore not transferable

2.4.     Non paying relations of students cannot be allowed in the classrooms during lesson hours

2.5.     Lessons not taken cannot be compensated and/or settled

2.6.     Registration to any course is only definitive when the full course fee has been paid

2.7.     Additional charge for weekends and public holidays are 50%.

3.       Boarding House reservations

3.1.     If a participant has made reservations for a Boarding House, the reservation will only be definitive when the complete payment of the costs related to the Boarding House has been taken care of.

4.       Commencement of a course

4.1.     A course will only commence when there is a sufficient number of participants for that course, which is to be judged by Boerma Instituut.

5.       Cancellation of a course by Boerma Instituut

5.1.     In case a course is cancelled by Boerma Instituut all participants will be informed in time. Any payments that have been done by the participants will be refunded completely.

6.       Cancellation of a course by the participant

6.1.     Cancellation by a participant can only be done in writing or by fax. The date of the stamp or the fax date will be handled as date of cancellation. Local time at Boerma Instituut will be handled in this matter

6.2.     In case a registration is cancelled up to 60 days before commencement of the course, administration costs of € 50,- will be charged. In case of lessons for organised groups, administration costs of € 10,- per registered participant will be charged

6.3.     In case a registration is cancelled between 60 and 30 days before commencement of the course, 50% of the total course fee will be charged

6.4.     In case a registration is cancelled 30 days or less before commencement of the course, 100% of the total course fee will be charged

6.5.     In case a registration is cancelled because of an act of war or a natural disaster, 100% of the total course fee will be charged

7. Bank costs

7.1. Any bank charges incurred from course payments made through bank transfers is to be paid by payer (student)

7.1. The affore mentioned charges must not be charged top the payee (Boerma Instituut).
