Throughout the Christmas Idea!, the Boerma Instituut organizes
Christmas courses again, because, during these dark days before Christmas, it’s always nice to decorate your house with a few seasonal creations.

During these courses we will show you lots of different techniques and ideas, so that afterwards you can use them on other arrangements when you are home or at your work. We will have all sorts of Christmas decorations, trendy, natural enough to chose from for everyone!

Naturally, during these courses, José Boerma will prepare a very nice Christmas lunch for you!

For these courses, you can chose between four totally different subjects, but on the other hand,
all subjects do match when it comes to shape, style and colour:

Every third afternoon we will do something completely different with the well

 These courses are for the duration of one afternoon, 2,5 hours per lesson

The evening lessons start at 19.30 till 22.00 in the evening, including a short coffee/tea break.

Course Christmas Window display
Our Christmas Window Display is very labour-intensive, but definitely worth it!

Course 2: Alternative Christmas-tree
The second day we build a Christmas tree out of many separate parts. The tree itself is made onto a big saucer with stacked blocks of wet Oasis ®, after which the actual fun work starts. With the branches of the nobilis, pine, conifer, holly and much more evergreens and colourful (Christmas) decorations,
you build your own Christmas tree.
Afterwards you will surprise yourself with your own abilities!

Boarding House reservations

As an alternative for staying in a hotel during the course, students can stay in a Boarding House.
